AssurePoint Service Agreements
Through an AssurePoint service agreement, you get peace of mind that your ultrasound systems will run efficiently and serviced properly. AssurePoint offers a flexible range of maintenance programs designed to meet standard operating needs as well as industry requirements. You can choose from three AssurePoint options (Select, Standard, or Performance) based on your coverage needs and budget. All AssurePoint service agreements include InSite Service, which provide remote diagnostic and repair capabilities, and Live Assist, telephone access to certified clinical application specialists anytime. Quality Assurance (QA) Program
The QA program includes equipment and image quality checks to ensure system performance and image quality specified by accrediting bodies like the American College of Radiology (ACR) and Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Echocardiography Laboratories (ICAEL). The QA program simplifies the accreditation certification process by providing system data and service documentation. Additionally, the QA Program is available to most ultrasound users. Contract customers will be able to increase coverage to meet their required accreditation standards. Those currently not under a service contract, can also participate in the QA program.
